As a hosted buyer you will be required to pre-schedule ten 20-minute appointments per day with a choice of exhibitors during your visit. Ensuring you fast-track and priority access to busy supplier stands at a time that suits you.

The hosted buyer criteria include but is not limited to the following:

  • Minimum $5 million (USD) annual travel and expense budget
  • Global/National Travel Manager
  • Category specialists in procurement, purchasing and sourcing
  • Make budgetary and policy decisions across travel within your organisation

2-DAY ATTENDANCE

  • Attend both days of the show
  • Minimum 10 appointments (15 mins per appt)
  • Attend all Business Travel Innovation Face Off sessions
  • Up to 3 nights accommodation
  • Onsite lounge, including lunch and refreshments
  • Invite to the hosted buyer-only networking event
  • Travel provided on request

1-DAY ATTENDANCE

  • Attend 1 day of the show
  • Minimum 5 appointments (15 mins per appt)
  • Attend the Business Travel Innovation Face Off sessions for the day you attend
