Pre-scheduled appointments

As a hosted buyer you will be required to pre-schedule five 20-minute appointments per day with a choice of exhibitors during your visit. Ensuring you fast-track and priority access to busy supplier stands at a time that suits you.

Exclusive conference

You will enjoy exclusive conference content, providing you with invaluable opportunities for learning and knowledge sharing with your peers.

Build relationships

You will have a chance to meet and network with fellow hosted buyers during your time at Business Travel Show Asia Pacific. Make new invaluable contacts to benchmark process with and get tips and tricks from.

Attend on your terms

Our flexible attendance options (see below) as well as the exclusive diary to plan your time allows you to attend on your terms and make the most of your time out of the office.

2-DAY ATTENDANCE

Attend both days of the show
Minimum 10 appointments (15 mins per appt)
Attend all Business Travel Innovation Face Off sessions
Up to 3 nights accommodation
Onsite lounge, including lunch and refreshments
Invite to the hosted buyer-only networking event
