Shell scheme
An in stand structure which includes white walls, grey cord carpeting with your name/stand number on the fascia board.
Additional options available at an additional charge: Graphics/ branding of walls, furniture, dressing, electricity and Wi-Fi.

Accommodation village and airline pavilion
Each pavilion is a turnkey, cost-effective meeting area with your own dedicated table of four to host clients and prospects. Pavilion stands can be customised according to your requirements.
Spaces in our Accommodation Village and Airline Pavilion include name board, access to shared storage area, lighting, shared power, one high table, three stools, grey cord carpeting and your logo or artwork on the back wall (1mx1.4m high)
Additional options available at an additional charge: Full branding of stand walling, additional furniture/deco and Wi-Fi.

The Meetings Show diary
The Meetings Show diary purchased by a BTS APAC exhibitor includes:
- Main show website and platform exhibitor listing
- Event platform and app visibility of all opt-in buyers registered to attend
- Access to view and request hosted buyer appointments
- Opportunity to invite their customers and prospects to the hosted buyer programme
- LinkedIn-style connection requests with travel buyers through the TMS diary platform
- A marketing and PR toolkit, including ideas, resources, and guides to maximize their investment
- Access to the TMS PR team for extending reach and press engagement

Airspace media banners
Airspace media banner sponsorship fee (Space Only stands):
With floorspace at a premium, why not make the most of your stand investment by utilising the space above your stand as an extension of your branding? An airspace media banner provides height to your stand, giving you brand visibility above a busy exhibition hall so no matter where the buyers are, you will be seen from every angle of the show floor.
Standard rate: Exhibitors with hanging structures, hanging banners or balloons will be subjected to an airspace charge of USD4,000 (before GST) and are subjected to Organiser’s clearance and approval. The airspace charge excludes rigging point charges.
Important information
- Minimum stand size available to book = 6sqm for any stand option
- One complimentary staff registration per every 2sqm booked
- Additional staff registrations = 100 USD per person
- E-reg Fee: USD 700 for a stand less than 14 sqm & USD 920 for a stand 15 SQM and above
