The hosted buyer programme

The Business Travel Show Asia Pacific hosted buyer programme includes 100 qualified travel managers, procurement, purchasing and sourcing category specialists and provides them with complimentary registration, lodging accommodations, transportation, and access to an exclusive Hosted Buyer Lounge where snacks/beverages are available plus lunch.  They will have access to a dozen educational sessions and an online diary allowing them to schedule meetings with exhibitors of their choice.

Hosted travel buyers will have an annual T&E budget of at least $5 million (USD) and be responsible for managing and/or buying corporate travel and meetings on behalf of their company/organization. In exchange for their participation in the programme, hosted buyers will be required to have ten meetings with suppliers of their choice over the two-day exhibition. All buyers will be vetted by the BTN Group
