Pom serves as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) in supporting various regional to global TMPE (Travel, Meetings, Payments and Expense) engagements across the APAC region and is responsible for the operational and resource oversight of TCG's Global Business Service Center (GBSC) in Manila. Pom brings over 17 years of industry experience in managing regional to global programs with expertise in change management, program optimization, consolidation, compliance and integration.
